Habits

• Drinks alcoholic beverages from time to time.

Extra-oral examination

• No pathological findings.

Intra-oral examination

• In view of the lack of hygiene, there were gingival recessions and extensive caries.
• Teeth 15 and 16 had healed fistulous tracts.
• Plaque and calculus were present, both subgingival and supragingival.

Diagnosis

• Periodontitis: 14, 15, 16.

Prognosis

• Prognosis was determined to be good because of the patient’s motivation.
• Importance of dental hygienist visits and home care was discussed and agreed before treatment.

Treatment plan

• Extraction of teeth 14, 15, 16.
• Closed Sinus Lift.
• Insertion of implants in the area of ​​extracted teeth.
