• Arrived with a Maxillary front bridge, that is mobile, retained on 3 teeth in bad shape.
• No known habits (no smoking, no alcohol, no grinding, hygiene OK)

Main complaint

Unsatisfactory aesthetics of the frontal group of teeth

• Restoration of aesthetics
• Recovery of chewing function
• Phonetics recovery

Dental history

• Metal-ceramic bridge prosthesis supported by teeth 17-14, 13-22
• Cermet bridge prosthesis supported by teeth 23-27
• Ceramic-metal bridge prosthesis based on dental implants 46-47

Extra & Intra-oral examination, medical history

• Normal

Diagnosis

• Residual roots of lost teeth 11, 13, 22.

Prognosis

• Patient motivation is high
• The financial possibilities of the patient are satisfactory
• Compliance – high

Treatment plan

• Extraction of residual dental elements. Tooth #13 was separated for an a-traumatic extraction.
• Implants placement: I-ON-4.2,11.5 (teeth 13,22), I-ON-4.2,10 (tooth 11).
• Taking an impression with the existing prosthesis, in order to prepare a temporary prosthesis and adapt it to the installed implants.

Products & materials used

• Three I-ON implants, as mentioned.
• For a permanent prosthesis – D2 transfers and D1 analogs will be used, and Titanium sleeves for angular abutments.
• For the restoration – P14C-4,17-3 (17^o).
• The permanent prosthesis was placed 8 months after the surgery. It is fixed with Ti sleeves and screws to the angular adapters.
