• No findings.

Intra-oral examination

• Missing teeth.
• extensive inflammation and calculus.
• mobile teeth.

Diagnosis

• All remaining teeth (15) were unsavable and were planned for extraction.

Prognosis

• Good prognosis.
• high motivation for the treatment and cooperation.

Treatment plan

• General anesthetics.
• Extractions (15 teeth).
• 5 implants for every jaw, All-on-4 technique.
• Rehabilitation of both jaws at the same day.
