Using AB Dental implants since 2004
The patient: A woman who suffers from her gums, had root planning that did not help. Also suffers from frequent pain and esthetic issues.
She was aware that many teeth need extractions, and requested a fast treatment.
Had controlled Diabetes and family history of perio problems.
On examination – TMJ issues, halitosis, short lips, anterior crowding, deep perio pockets (up to 10mm on posteriors) and mobility II-III most teeth.
Prognosis was determined to be good because the patient is motivated. Importance of hygiene visits was explained.
Treatment plan: Fixed dentures.
AB Dental I-5 implants were chosen for the Maxilla and an implant level screw-in bridge planned.
AB Dental I-7 one-piece implants were chosen for the Mandible.
Grafting materials including PRF and Bondapatite (CaSO4).
