Prosthetic accessories are suitable for all the implants with an internal hex. The abutments are available in two platforms – narrow (for implants with diameters of 3.25, 3.75 & 4.2 mm) and wide (for implants with diameters of 4.5, 5 & 6 mm). All the abutments are with internal threading, which ensures that the fit will not loosen, strengthens the neck of the abutment, and allows their removal by friction. Due to the precise interface between the implant and the abutment, which are designed to withstand the pressures in the mouth, the result is a very high rate of success of the implants over the years.
Prior to the restoration in two-piece implants (I2 & I5), remove the cover screw or healing cap. Complete the screwing motion with a torque wrench (T8) up to 30 Ncm. (If you choose the I6 or I7 abutments with a secondary upper screw, tighten it using up to 20 Ncm.)
Model 1 Screw type abutments (P6, P6H, P7). The abutments from this group are designed for building a screw-type bridge above the gum line, which is an advantage in the event that the bridge must be dismantled. This group is suitable for non-parallel implants and for 2 or more implants. It is not suitable for single implants.
Model 2 Casting structure (P2N, P2NH, P2W, P9).
The abutments in this group are plastic sleeves which allow for casting in the desired form, and easily so, as another option to the titanium abutment for restoration.
Model 3
Titanium abutment for restoration (affixed with cement).
The abutments in this group come in a wide range of configurations and can be prepared and cast. After appropriate modeling, the restoration device is cemented to them.
Model 4 Prosthesis which is released with a snap P5 (ball attachment). The dentures associated with this group of abutments can be placed and removed easily, quickly, independently from the implant, which greatly simplifies comfortable oral hygiene. It is important to properly care for the silicon caps in order to maintain the prosthesis for an extended period of time.
